Cadets will be volunteering for Carolina Celebration Cup with Charleston Dragon Boats. Cadets will be assisting with the tent set up, unloading cars, set up of DBC equipment and helping Cancer Patients as they are loading and unloading into boats.
This annual event captures the heart of Dragon Boat Charleston. Held at Trophy Lakes, the event features cancer-only teams who have a friendly competition to celebrate hope. The teams come together to support the invited beneficiary team(s) of Courageous Kidz and others through meaningful donations from their wish lists.
This is a less “coaching oriented” event, but the experience of being in the boat and having instructions about safety and technique will be included.
