Wondering if you should register to volunteer? Based on the CDC guidelines, we are asking you the following questions:
  1. Have you been exposed to someone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19? See the CDC’s risk assessment guidance.

  2. Do you have symptoms consistent with COVID-19? Symptoms can include a cough or shortness of breath or at least two of the following: Fever, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Headache, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell. See the CDC’s symptom information.

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, we ask you not to register. We are doing all we can to align with best practices and keep our community healthy.

Help improve water quality along Palouse's streams and create habitat by planting native trees and shrubs with Palouse Conservation District! Volunteers will have an opportunity to get their hands dirty and give back to the Palouse at various sites within and outside the city of Pullman limits.

Each event is limited to 8 volunteers due to COVID-19 restrictions. Social distancing will be enforced, along with a mask. Volunteers are required to provide their own transportation. Volunteers will meet an AmeriCorps member at the District office at the start of the designated time and then travel to the site. Tools and gloves will be provided. Be sure to wear closed-toed shoes and long pants (ones that can get dirty), dress for rain or shine, and bring some water!
